Marijuana Price Index: April 2016

All grades of marijuana, with the exception of the Top Shelf grade, finished April above their previous month’s average. The Mid grade index continued to fluctuate. In April, the index jumped up a full $10 as it recovered from a 17-month low average in March. The Schwag Index experienced the best April out of all the cannabis grades and thus also experienced the biggest gain, closing April a huge $22 above its previous month’s average.

Louisiana and New Jersey, both have the highest weed prices in the country with reported $400 ounces. Looking for something a bit cheaper? Take a trip to Washington State; they have Juicy Fruit reportedly going for $160 per ounce.
